Programmer Matpc - 2000:

Description

Programmer with specific software for automatic control of the dyeing process.

The MATPC-2000 is a control system of the dyeing process based on an industrial Pc with touch screen.

You can control up to 4 machines simultaneously and it is possible to work with each of them independently or coupled.

Thanks to its design allows rapid learning system and an easy and intuitive use.

The MPC‐1000 is suitable for automating Autoclaves, Jiggers, Jets‐Overflow, Hank Dyeing, etc.

Characteristics

100 programs (enlargeable by configuration).
150 steps for program (enlargeable by configuration).
In the main screen is visualized the actual state of each machine including the main data of the program in execution, as:
- Work order, Load (Kg), Recipe, etc.
- Steps list of the program.
- Graph of the current process.
Creation, modification and erased of programs.
The program allows to advance or to put back the steps in execution.
Storage of the Records until one month (enlargeable by configuration):
- Complete information of current dye process.
- Temperature graph and process times.
- Total alarm times in real time.

The Synoptic screen shows:
- Bath Temperature.
- Valves position.
- Machine Diagram.
Machines joining, until a maximum of 4.
Memory in case of net failure, restarting the process in the point in it was stopped.
Compatible with any type of kitchen colors and auxiliary products.
Compatible with AUTODYE centralization software by ETHERNET which provides a very fast communication capability without interference.
Easily replaceable by any PC in case of failure.
